Assistant Coach, Community College of Marin, Women’s Basketball                                Summer 2011-Current
·         Coordinate recruiting of prospective student athletes and follow up with student athletes who have expressed interest in attending the school.
·         Led scouting opponents through in-person, film breakdown analysis. Assist with placing sophomore players to 4- year Universities. Communicate with University coaches to get players scholarships.

Player Development Coach, North Bay Basketball Academy                                                      
Fall 2011-Current
·         Run clinics for local youth that emphasize the importance of fundamentals in all facets of the game. Clinics include teaching, proper shooting, efficient ball-handling, passing, and both offensive and defensive footwork.
·         Provide personalized one-on-one or group training for players looking to refine their game through dynamic drills and plyometric training that increases stamina and athletic ability.

 
Player Devlopment Coach, University of San Francisco Women's Basketball Summer-Fall 2011
.         Developed incoming freshmen and returners in the offseason through voluntary workouts that enhanced offensive and defensive fundamentals. Development included emphasis on ball-handling, shooting, post and perimeter footwork, and conditioning.   

   Head Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator, Dominican University,
   Women’s Basketball    2009-2011
·        Developed perimeter play, set up travel practice and shoot around times, assist with off-season workouts, and coordinate recruiting through cold calls for prospective players. Followed up with players who filled out on-line questionnaires. 
·        Assisted leading Dominican to first place in the Pac-West Conference for 3PT Field Goals made per game (6.3) and 3PT percentage (35%) in 2009, Dominican’s1st season at the NCAA D2 level. 

Head Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator, William Jessup University, Women’s Basketball           2008-2009
·         Coordinated recruiting through cold calls to student athletes and followed up with interested student athletes, conference scouting, point guard and wing development.
·         Helped improve offensive statistics in almost every category, including: three point percentage, field goal percentage, overall points per game, and assists per game.
·         Mentored senior guard Rebekah Calvert to lead the California Pacific conference in scoring at just under 17 points per game. Calvert led the team in scoring shooting 43% from the field and 37% on 3PT field goals.
