Gary Frazier was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA in the Crenshaw district. He was a graduate of Crenshaw high school where he lettered in varsity football and track and field. In his time at Crenshaw High he was a 2-time all-city and all-league performer as a defensive back. He earned a scholarship to Grambling State University playing defensive back for the legendary Grambling Tigers football team. During his time at Grambling State University his teams earned 2 Historically Black College National Championships. After completing his undergraduate Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management, Gary moved back west to work in corporate America. He proudly spent some influential time working for some of the best fortune 500 companies in the world (Marcus and Millichap, Ameriprise Financial, The Hertz Corporation, etc.…). But those years would influence Gary to reflect on his collection of skill sets and begin a journey of personal fulfillment.

In June of 2015 Gary graduated from National University with a Master of Arts in Performance Psychology. This was the way that he felt he could help improve the life and sport performance of athletes who came from different walks of life. He was hired as a High Performance Coach at University of Nevada Las Vegas to work with athletes and assist them with developing skills necessary to thrive on and off the field. In November of 2016 Gary helped lead the UNLV women’s soccer team to their 1st Mountain West Championship in over 15 years. This recognition landed him a government contract to help the Army and their soldiers by working as a Master Resilience Trainer-Performance Expert, training combat soldiers on how to bounce back and thrive in the face a tremendous adversity.

In his spare time Gary is an avid sports fan and loves to research sports history. Most recently Gary was hired by the NFL to work as a Game Day Analyst for the NFL working with the Next Gen Stats project for the 2017 season. Currently Gary resides in southern California where he lives with his beautiful wife and their two sons. He is known as a man of faith and lives with a sense of purpose to relentlessly pursue the competitive edge in sport and in life.
