Michael Carter was born and raised in Philadelphia (North Philly,) Pennsylvania, one of America's toughest cities and largest media markets. Michael is a supportive husband and a caring father of three (2 biological.)   He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Temple University in 2001, where his concentrations of study were in Sports Management & Business Administration. In the summer of 2008, he earned a certificate of accomplishment in SMWW's Athlete Management course. Mr. Carter possesses over a decade of experience in Basketball Operations/Sports Marketing. Over the years he has advised and developed numerous athletes on a national & international level. Due to this experience, Mr. Carter has established prominent relationships with Sports Business Executives of the NBA, NFL, NFLPA, NBDL, IBL, ABA, Overseas Clubs, Harlem Globetrotters, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, AND 1, Under Armor, and agents from IMG, Octagon, CAA, ASM, BDA, etc., as well as the media such as SLAM Magazine, Sports Illustrated, and DIME Magazine.     Coinciding with these credentials, he's acquired more than 10 years of field work counseling behaviorally challenged adolescents. Michael has mentored multitudes of at-risk youth from the inner-city neighborhoods of Philly, and its surrounding counties. In addition, he embodies an extensive sales background via the Multi Level Marketing industry.
