Dmitry is from Khabarovsk City, Russia. Since the age of 18, he has been actively engaged in management in hockey. At 19, he had his hockey pub "Hockey Hall". At 22, he became manager of the amateur hockey team, "Barsy". At lastly, the owner of his own hockey team "Amur Leopards" by 23. In addition, he is actively engaged in agency activities, representing the interests of both Russian and foreign hockey players. The main goals are the development of hockey in general, as well as providing assistance in the development of young hockey players around the world. He passed the SMWW Hockey GM and Scouting course in 2018 and is happy to be a part of SMWW.
