Jeff Murrells is a RFU Registered Agent. Jeff, in addition to representing rugby players, is Business Development Manager at Adler & Allen in Harrogate, England.  Jeff, his wife, and their son, Ryan, who is a Rugby player himself, lived in Ireland 18 years, where he worked in both Northern and Southern Ireland. Jeff brings his business background to the business of rugby to negotiate and manage his clients to be in premier situations. Jeff has coached and scouted for several clubs, including with Navan RFC in Ireland at, Minis, Youths & Ladies Senior team, also worked with Leinster Ladies as Assistant Manager during the Inter pros during the 2015-16 season. 

Jeff earned his diploma in Managing People & SMES at the National College of Ireland. He completed both the SMWW Athlete Management Certification and the SMWW Rugby Business Management Certifcation with Mick Hogan, Newcastle Falcons Executive Director and Newcastle Thunder Chairman. Jeff has his Rugby-Basic Foundation and Rugby-Level One certifications. Jeff is well connected and respected in the rugby community and he has a heart of gold with a true passion for helping his clients achieve greatness.
